The HR Business Partner reports to the Director HR & Procurement and is responsible for partnering with Business Units to enable delivery of the objectives of the ANZSOG Strategy. The Senior HR BP provides operational support and advice to managers across all aspects of the HR function. The Senior HR BP works with all Business Units to develop and deliver on HR priorities and ensure that HR initiatives such as capability building, and staff engagement are aligned and embedded.

The Senior HR BP will be a trusted advisor and commercial partner. They will influence and coach leaders to improve workplace culture and behaviours through strategic advice, technical expertise, and practical solutions. The role will lead and support strategic HR initiatives, that streamline and improve employee’s work experience and satisfaction.

The Project Officer & Secretariat Lead reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) & Company Secretary and is responsible for providing high quality and flexible project, administrative and secretarial support to the COO & Company Secretary and leads a team of executive support staff who provide high level secretariat support to the Executive Leadership Team. This position also supports the Executive Officer to the Dean & CEO who is responsible for providing efficient, professional and confidential executive support to the Dean/CEO of ANZSOG.
